Josephine K. Mutale

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Josephine K. Mutale is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vastedge Ventures Limited, a Zambian entrepreneur and social impact leader driven by a lifelong commitment to community transformation.

Growing up in Zambia, Josephine witnessed the everyday challenges faced by families affected by poverty, limited access to healthcare, unemployment, food insecurity and unequal educational opportunities.

These experiences shaped her vision of building an enterprise that delivers sustainable solutions rather than temporary relief.
