The Hospitality Division is currently being developed as a Hybrid Social Enterprise Hospitality Hub located in Chongwe District, Zambia. Designed to operate under a Public-Private Partnership and Hybrid Social Enterprise Model, working alongside Government, tourism stakeholders, and development partners to strengthen Zambia's tourism, hospitality, skills development, and local economic development sectors.

Unlike a conventional hospitality business, the Division will serve as both a sustainable commercial enterprise and a platform for national development by creating jobs, supporting local suppliers, training hospitality professionals, and providing affordable accommodation and conference facilities for government programmes, educational institutions, healthcare outreach teams, and community organizations.

As a work in progress, the project is being developed in phases over five years with the objective of becoming one of Chongwe's leading hospitality and training centres while supporting Zambia's tourism and local economic development agenda.

The pa Chiti lodge will be operating as a premium hybrid social enterprise. It targets local and international travelers seeking relaxation, nature, and cultural immersion. By blending high end African hospitality with a structured social business model, 100% of commercial profits directly fund community development, local employment, and hospitality training initiatives in the Chongwe district.
