The Welfare Division will operate as a Hybrid Social Enterprise, balancing sustainable commercial activities with measurable social impact. Rather than relying solely on grants and donations, the division will generate revenue through strategic partnerships, social investment initiatives, agricultural value chains, consultancy, and government service contracts. These revenues will strengthen the Division's ability to finance humanitarian interventions while ensuring long-term operational sustainability.

The strategic objective over the next five years is to establish the Welfare Division as one of Zambia's leading community resilience and social protection organizations that delivers both humanitarian impact and financially sustainable social services.
